**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for our platform.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to test new features and improve the volunteer registration and job application processes.
- Assist in developing tools and dashboards that track volunteer activity, preferences, and engagement.
- Ensure the platform’s design reflects our values of community, collaboration, and impact.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute creative solutions.
