Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an (Minimum of 6 years of experience) AEM Developer at Cogentix Systems. The AEM Developer will be responsible for software development, content management, utilizing JCR, implementing web services, and leveraging Jakarta EE technologies on a daily basis.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer to join our team. The AEM Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AEM architecture, Java, and web technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable AEM solutions using Java and web technologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met

• Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders

• Design and develop custom AEM components, workflows, and templates

• Troubleshoot and debug issues with AEM solutions

• Develop integrations with third-party applications

• Keep up-to-date with emerging AEM technologies and provide recommendations for

improvement

• Maintain a high level of code quality and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Strong understanding of AEM architecture and concepts

• Experience developing custom AEM components, workflows, and templates

• Experience with Java, JSP, Servlets, and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and

jQuery

• Experience with RESTful web services, JSON, and XML

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Software Development and Jakarta EE skills
• Experience in Content Management and utilizing JCR
• Proficiency in Web Services development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
