Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Wordpress Developer. The Wordpress Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, responsive web design, and web design. The Wordpress Developer will be required to work on a variety of web development projects under the guidance of a Senior Developer and will gain exposure to industry best practices and techniques.
Qualifications
Experience in Back-End and Front-End Web Development
Proficiency in Responsive Web Design and Web Design skills
Knowledge of Wordpress development, theme building, plugin development
Experience with Git and version control
Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON
Experience with PHP and MySQL
Experience with web hosting and server administration tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
