We are currently in the post-MVP stage of product development and are looking to add a Tech Lead/Senior React Developer with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for crafting high-performance web applications, and a strong motivation to push boundaries and grow alongside our innovative healthcare product suite.
The home care industry is experiencing rapid growth in the US, driven by an aging population and evolving healthcare needs. To meet these demands, we are developing a suite of healthcare systems and applications for healthcare professionals, administrators, and patients.
As a Tech Lead/Senior React Developer, you will play a critical role in creating intuitive and seamless user interfaces that deliver an exceptional experience. We’re seeking someone who prioritizes writing code that is robust and efficient, scalable when necessary, and designed with maintainability in mind.
As a Tech Lead/Senior React Developer, you will:
Architect, design, and build responsive web applications using React, working on both existing systems and new, greenfield projects
Develop reusable React components that will be shared across multiple applications, ensuring consistency and maintainability
Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
Troubleshoot and optimize performance to ensure fast load times and efficient operation across various devices and browsers
Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and promoting a culture of excellence
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with state management libraries and a focus on reusable, modular components
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools for React applications
Knowledge of UX principles and a user-first mindset in design
University degree in Computer Science or a related field
Salary
Gross salary FROM 5,000 EUR based on skills and experience.
