Role overview
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
You will collaborate closely with our front-end developers and other team members to deliver an optimal user experience.

Proficiency in English: You should be able to comfortably read, write, and speak in English.

Team Spirit: You're someone who excels in a team, demonstrating a fine balance between patience and assertiveness, and can effectively communicate and collaborate with others.
Eagerness to Learn: While familiarity with Python, GitHub, SQL and AWS is a plus, it’s not a requirement. We value your willingness to learn new technologies and will provide the necessary training to get you up to speed.
Key responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance back-end systems and services.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Design and implement APIs to support new and existing features.
Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity by implementing industry best practices.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate these issues.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to our operations.
What We Offer
Competitive salary: For those with a few years of relevant experience, the salary range is between 120.000 LKR and 200.000 LKR per month. As you gain experience and turn it into a major impact, your pay can grow rapidly.
