C++ Developer Intern (ROS2, RTOS, Gazebo, MAVLink, Ubuntu, Debian)

This will be a remote internship. After the internship, we'd like to offer an on-site full-time junior position in Ankara. The payment-related cases for the internship will be evaluated based on your abilities. Finalizing the hiring process will depend on your skills.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation software and applications. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take the lead on innovations and projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a C++ Developer Intern. The C++ Developer Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of C++-based applications. They will work closely with the development team to write code, implement new features, and debug issues. The Intern for C++ Developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The Intern will be expected to work on ROS2, RTOS, Gazebo, MAVLink, Ubuntu, and Debian.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with C and C++ programming language and experience with object-oriented programming [minimum 6 months]
• Hands-on experience with ROS2, RTOS, Gazebo, MAVLink, Ubuntu, and Debian [minimum 6 months]
• Hands-on experience with Python (Programming Language) [minimum 6 months]
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development tools (e.g., Visual Studio) [minimum 6 months]
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting [minimum 6 months]
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus [minimum 6 months]
• Education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
