Jira Developer

• Enterprise working knowledge about the Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence. Including but not limited to platform installs and upgrades, workflows, issue type handling, custom fields with best practices in the industry. • Understand and implement requests from end-users for configurations inside Jira projects and/or Confluence. • Experience with ScriptRunner and scripting knowledge in Groovy for in-platform automation. • Experience with migrations of Jira projects and/or Confluence sites. • Experience with plugins and integrations between Jira/Confluence and other tools. • Ability to work in a team that follows the Agile SAFe Way of Working. • Good communication skills Bonus skills (a plus if present): • Knowledge in Cloud – understanding of the application (Jira/Confluence) infrastructure setup/components in AWS • Some knowledge about application security (Jira/Confluence) and best practices • Some knowledge/familiarity of DevOps practices used in enterprise environments (CICD, monitoring and logging and more) Soft Skills : • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently • Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong analytical / Problem Solving skills
