Mern Stack Web Developer (Node.js/React)

Minimum Experience: 10 years in Full Stack Development with a focus on Node.js and React

Project Experience: Minimum of 10 completed projects using Node.js and React

Work Hours: 60 hours per week (full-time), paid based on tracked hours.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: INR 80,000 to INR 100,000 Per Month

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and React

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Participate in code and design reviews

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development

- Proven experience working on at least 10 projects using Node.js and React

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries

- Solid understanding of the full web development lifecycle

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Additional Requirements:

- Must have a personal laptop for work

- Availability for early morning meetings

- Reliable high-speed internet connection

- Strong self-motivation and discipline for remote work

- Ability to track and report work hours accurately

- Willingness to provide additional work beyond the 40-hour threshold, with reimbursement accordingly
