As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our Salesforce environment to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
  • Perform Salesforce system configuration, customization, and integration using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to gather and analyze requirements and propose technical solutions.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of custom solutions to ensure the highest level of quality and performance.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the Salesforce environment, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to continuously improve skills and application functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and mentor junior developers as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs, such as REST, SOAP, and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft).
  • Knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
