We are currently in the early stages of development and looking for passionate AI/ML developers to join our team as volunteers. Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Algorithms: Work on creating and optimizing machine learning models for psychometric analysis and job matching.
Data Processing: Clean and prepare datasets for training and evaluation of machine learning models.
Integration with Backend: Collaborate with the backend development team to integrate AI/ML solutions into the platform.
Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML and suggest improvements to enhance our algorithms.
Testing and Validation: Test the developed models for accuracy, performance, and reliability.
Requirements
Experience with AI/ML: Previous experience in machine learning and AI, preferably in natural language processing or psychometric analysis.
Proficiency in Python: Strong skills in Python, along with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
Data Handling Skills: Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
Passion for Learning: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
