Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain AI-driven applications with a focus on conversational dialog systems.
Implement NLP techniques and machine learning algorithms to enhance application performance.
Utilize and integrate various platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, OpenAI, Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, TensorFlow, IBM Watson, AWS APIs, Rasa, and other related tools.
Work with ML and NLU frameworks in Python, including but not limited to Numpy, PyTorch, Spacy, Huggingface, etc.
Apply MLOps practices to streamline the deployment and operation of machine learning models.
Design, build, and deploy voice or text-based conversational flows.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1-3 years of professional software development experience with Python development.
Solid understanding of conversational dialog systems, NLP fundamentals, and machine learning.
Prior knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Bot Framework, OpenAI, Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, TensorFlow, IBM Watson, AWS APIs, Rasa, or other similar programs.
Experience with ML and NLU frameworks in Python (e.g., Numpy, PyTorch, Spacy, Huggingface) and MLOps practices is highly preferred.
Proven experience in building and deploying voice or text-based conversational flows.
Candidates with full overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
