Senior/Lead Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled, self- disciplined and curious Technical Lead to join us in building a procurement platform. As a Technical Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's technological infrastructure and backend product development. You will work closely with our team members to create innovative, extraordinary solutions that will reshape the procurement processes. 

Responsibilities:

·   Technical Strategy: Collaborate with other team members and consultants to define the company's technological vision and roadmap. 

·   Product Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of our procurement platform.

·   Technology Stack Selection: Evaluate and select the appropriate technology stack, frameworks, and tools to build and scale our digital platform. Make informed decisions regarding infrastructure, architecture, and data management to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

·   Team Building and Leadership: Recruit and lead a team of skilled software engineers and technical professionals at long term.

 Requirements:

·  Strong proficiency in software development, with expertise in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

·  Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and data analytics for business intelligence.

·  Familiarity with cloud computing, scalable architectures, and security best practices.

·  Experience in leading and managing software development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

·  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

·  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
