Design and implement user interfaces for AI-powered applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers and (AI) backend developers, to create seamless and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience of our AI products. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between AI technology and user interaction, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient frontend for our cutting-edge applications.
Responsibilities
Building high-traffic user interfaces depending on your area of expertise
Cooperating with Engineers, Product Managers, QAs, and Designers to ship new components and features by utilizing our Design System
Drafting architectural decisions together with the Engineering Manager and Solution Architect and exploring new technologies
Contributing to team processes via active participation in regular retrospectives
Exchanging your knowledge with other Engineers and being part of the Client Family
As a senior, you are acting as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, supporting them on their learning journey while further developing your leadership skills
Participating actively in team processes, offering insights in regular retrospectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Mentor junior colleagues and nurture their professional growth while enhancing your leadership capabilities.

Must have
Experience working with React
Experience working with backend and BFF development on Node.JS
Experience working in cloud environment (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP)
Great knowledge of Javascript and Typescript
Experience working with CSS (Tailwind, Styled Components)
Experience with personalization and experimentation tools
Experience with Dynamic Yield and/or Optimizely
Senior level engineer (at least 5 years of experience)
Nice to have
Experience with A/B/n (ABN) testing (type of website testing)
Has experience with data stores like DynamoDB or PostgreSQL
