We are seeking a skilled Informatica IDMC Developer with experience working on Snowflake databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The role involves working closely with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient data integration processes and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Informatica IDMC to load data into Snowflake databases.
- Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain data mappings, workflows, and sessions in Informatica IDMC.
- Implement data quality and data governance standards within ETL processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to ETL processes and data integration solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to define and implement data integration best practices.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data integration development using Informatica IDMC.
- Strong experience with Snowflake databases, including data modeling, performance tuning, and security.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data integration issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred.
