Job Purpose:

Better.ai is looking for a talented Django with React Python Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in React and Django, with additional skills in web scraping being a plus. The candidate should be well-versed in the entire tech stack, demonstrate excellent stress management skills, and be adaptable to work in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Django and React.

- Implement web scraping solutions to gather and process data from various sources.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and fix bugs, and optimize the performance of the existing systems.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always using the best tools and practices.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Django and React development.

- Experience with web scraping tools and techniques.
