Our Korea-based client is currently looking for Fullstack Web Developer with details as below.

Type of role: 100% Full-time remote

Salary range: 2,000 - 2,300 USD /Month

Company Overview:

We are a vibrant company dedicated to crafting innovative online solutions. Our flagship product, 20min. (https://20min.store), is an online platform designed to empower individuals with diverse talents to easily monetize their insights and time through text Q&A or 1:1 video consultations. Think of it as a linktree with a focus on monetization. The product, built using Next.js and Typescript, requires a skilled Senior Fullstack Web Developer to oversee both the front and backend components. To provide you with a quick overview of the codebase:

- The codebase is housed in a monolithic repository (combining backend and frontend).

- We utilize next auth, next API, and turbo repo, with various packages separated for linting, database management, migrations, and code utilities.

- Instead of redux or react context, we employ xstate and atom for state management.

- Prisma is used as the database ORM with docker integration within the turbo repo package.

- Some pages feature state-based routing, and a state-based wizard is used for various pages, where the content changes without altering the route.

Responsibilities

• Full stack web development for our flagship product(20min.)
• Collaborate with the founder and part-time designer to enhance product features.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the product based on user feedback.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record in Typescript-based full-stack development, showcasing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience in server-side development using Next.js and Node.js, with a keen eye for efficiency and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in state management such as xstate, atom, redux, react context, and react providers (We are using xstate and atom)
• Demonstrated understanding of Restful API, with the capability to translate them into practical client-side solutions.
• Proficiency in basic infrastructure management tasks, showcasing a hands-on approach to maintaining application reliability.
• Previous hands-on experience in developing full-stack services using Next.js.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire and apply knowledge of emerging technologies such as React query, XState, Trpc, and others.
