1. Your responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with experience in AI training frameworks to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end infrastructure of our AI-powered applications.

• Design and develop scalable and efficient back-end systems using Python;
• Work with AI training frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or scikit-learn;
• Write API using Python & Django;
• Collaborate with other team members to integrate with front-end features and design overall system architecture (candidates should be able to read code in ReactJS) 
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise;
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code;
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends;
• Other relevant tasks assigned by line managers.

1. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience);
• At least 4-5 years experience with Python and Django, specifically with back-end development;
• Basic understanding of ReactJS, JavaScript and CSS
• Experience with AI training frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Scikit-learn;
• Excellent experience with containerization and deployment using Docker;
• Strong understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures;
• Experience with other web frameworks such as Flask, and/or Express.js;
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development;
• Experience with Git, JIRA, and Agile development methodologies;
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;

2. Compensation: 

• Base salary: Negotiated salary depending on experience. 
• Token bonus based on Company policies.
• Work-from-home Support: 50 USD/month.
• Insurance support: 100 USD/month.

• Sick leave with pay: maximum 6 days/year, on top of the 12-day annual leave credit, for full-time staff. Applied after the probation. 
• Period leave: 1 day each month for female employees.
• Personal leave policy for special cases.
