Requirements

University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 13 years;

In-depth experience and knowledge in ServiceNow development and administration;

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies;

Relational database experience on products such as MySQL or MSSQL;

Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices;

Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies;

Excellent command of the English language.
