About the Role
We are in need of a React Frontend Developer who will be responsible for creating dynamic and responsive web applications using React.js. The role will involve translating design mockups into high-quality code, optimizing components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
Convert design wireframes and mockups into high-quality code
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications
Optimize components for maximum performance and scalability
Implement state management using Redux or similar libraries
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in frontend development and React ecosystem
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a focus on React.js
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
Proficiency in using Git for version control
Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus
Experience with TypeScript is a plus
Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha is a plus
Can work with a fixed shift schedule (Schedule will be determined by the manager)
