Junior Business Development Representative
Responsibilities
Learn to qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities
Assist in reaching out to potential clients through phone calls and emails
Support in presenting our company and its offerings to potential clients
Listen actively to client needs and propose suitable products/services
Assist in tailoring product solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Begin establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients
Actively explore new business prospects within the market
Coordinate meetings or calls between potential clients and Account Executives
Provide regular sales result updates to the Business Development Manager
Stay informed about new products/services and pricing/payment plans
Requirements and Skills
Strong enthusiasm and drive to excel in business development
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools and systems
High proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Continuous learner with a proactive attitude towards skill development
Excellent communication skills, both in presenting and negotiating
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with basic sales concepts and metrics (training will be provided)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience) Nice to have
