Junior Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Learn to qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities
  • Assist in reaching out to potential clients through phone calls and emails
  • Support in presenting our company and its offerings to potential clients
  • Listen actively to client needs and propose suitable products/services
  • Assist in tailoring product solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Begin establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients
  • Actively explore new business prospects within the market
  • Coordinate meetings or calls between potential clients and Account Executives
  • Provide regular sales result updates to the Business Development Manager
  • Stay informed about new products/services and pricing/payment plans

Requirements and Skills

  • Strong enthusiasm and drive to excel in business development
  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools and systems
  • High proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Continuous learner with a proactive attitude towards skill development
  • Excellent communication skills, both in presenting and negotiating
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with basic sales concepts and metrics (training will be provided)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience) Nice to have

Note: Prior experience is not required; training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate the desired qualities and eagerness to learn. This position offers a valuable opportunity to grow and develop in the field of business development.
