We are seeking a passionate and highly experienced Solution Architect to join our growing team of Solution Architects, with focus in Banking and Finance industry. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into innovative technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders across various departments to design and implement solutions that drive business value and address industry challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities
In-depth understanding of the Banking & Finance industry: You will have a deep understanding of current trends, challenges, and regulations impacting the financial services sector.
Solution Architecture & Design: Design and document technically sound, secure, and scalable solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure clear communication throughout the solution lifecycle.
Technology Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of relevant technologies used in the Banking & Finance sector, including cloud computing, APIs, security protocols, and core banking systems.
Performance Optimization & Security: Design solutions that are highly performant, secure, and adhere to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Vendor Management: Evaluate and select best-fit technology solutions from vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn about emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve existing solutions.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions in the Banking & Finance industry.
Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, APIs, security protocols, and core banking systems.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
Passion for technology and the Banking & Finance industry.
