Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer who will support both software development practices and the growth of the team and of our business. If you are a Full-stack developer and are looking to work on various features of multiple platforms (backend, frontend and mobile applications) depending on the needs and maturity of the platforms, learn new industry-specific processes, help improve the productivity and help employees in different industries do their job more efficiently through user friendly applications, our team will be the place to learn and grow!

The Role

You will be working with the team to…

• Build, maintain and contribute to our company’s web-based platform and APIs
• Actively participate in design decisions to keep our platform future proof
• Propose code improvements and structural improvement
• Participate in the feature definition and estimates
• Review code developed by other team members for quality and consistency
• Research and experiment new API and technologies
• Build rapid prototyping to test new ideas
• Work closely with the teams to roll-out new features/products
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
• Design robust, scalable and secure features
• Contribute in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, code standards)
• Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design
  
  

Requirements

You are the perfect person for this role if:

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
• You have good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• You have at least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• You have analytical, structured, and has efficient way of working
• You have strong attention to detail
• You have a strong willingness to learn and keep up to date with new frameworks and trends, best practices and improve your skills
• You have experience with PHP, Javascript, MySQL technologies (it's a plus if you know about Laravel, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, React native and Expo frameworks),
• You have some knowledge on AWS services,
• You are familiar with development, maintenance and management of Restful APIs
• You are familiar with JIRA and Agile methodology,
• You are familiar with Bitbucket,
• You have a fast and reliable internet connection.
