Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain applications using Node.js within an AWS environment.
  • Work with AWS Lambda functions and DynamoDB.
  • Assist in transitioning the existing Python codebase to JavaScript.
  • Contribute to the design and development of potential future UI components.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in JavaScript development, with a strong emphasis on Node.js.
  • Familiarity with AWS services, particularly Lambda and DynamoDB.
  • Experience in backend development, with openness to future UL work.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and best practices in JavaScript.
  • Some experience with Python is preferred to assist in transitioning the codebase.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking, with an ability to propose improvements to existing technologies and workflows.
