NDC Tek is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer for our client's Platform team:
Required Experience:
5 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript. HTML, CSS, and Jelly scripting languages are preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM module and performance, access, and monitoring systems.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and GitLab CI is preferred. Familiarity with Jenkins or Azure DevOps is also preferred.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and automated testing frameworks.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum Framework is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
Configure ServiceNow modules, forms, fields, UI policies, and business rules to meet business requirements.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications using web services (REST is mandatory, SOAP is a plus).
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, offering technical support as needed.
Identify and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations to ensure optimal performance and stability.
Collaborate with the System Architect and Product Owner on the roadmap and new functionalities.

Duration: 12-month contract
Location: Must be based in Europe. Fully remote.
