Senior WordPress Developer (Divi theme)

Our client is hiring for the position of Senior PHP WordPress Developer

Job descriptions

• Design, implement, and manage websites using WordPress, customizing themes and plugins to meet business requirements.
• Conduct website performance tests, ensuring high performance across all platforms, including desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring web security principles are followed.
• Provide technical leadership in the development and delivery of complex WordPress solutions, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of emerging WordPress trends and technologies and apply them into operations and activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress websites, including site crashes, slow loading times, and security breaches.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients in English to understand their requirements and provide technical support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in WordPress development and Divi theme.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Profound knowledge of web design and system design.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience with PHP back-end development and MySQL database management.
• Familiarity with website optimization tools (e.g., GTmetrix, WebPageTest, Google PageSpeed Insights).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and debugging tools (e.g., Chrome Inspector, Firebug).
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Working hours: 8 pm - 2 am (GMT+7), Mon to Fri (with 2 additional flexible hours, total 8 hours/day)
