Summary:

The Senior Developer role is primarily devoted to designing and developing payments solutions for Cyncly companies. In this role, you will work on the payments team as well as with other development teams to build high quality, multi-platform, scalable software solutions that enable users to work more efficiently. The Senior Developer is a full stack developer able to build a complete web application from the ground up.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Owners and other engineers to design and build high quality, scalable applications by defining requirements, writing test plans, and monitoring performance
  • Build software in a scrum environment using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like React, and SQL
  • Embrace best practices in software development including conducting code reviews, writing unit tests and CI/CD

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Solid experience developing in .Net and C#
  • Solid experience developing React applications
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Extensive experience with RESTful API design and implementation
  • Strong understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization
  • Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Minimum 10+ years software development experience
  • Experience with robust, scalable microservice architecture
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Eager to learn new technologies with a growth mindset
  • Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Azure Cloud Services – App service, Function Apps, Service Bus, etc.
  • Serverless API using Azure Functions
  • Payment processing using Stripe
