Position Overview:
As a Software Developer in our Research and Development team, you'll be instrumental in designing, constructing, and maintaining advanced contact center applications and services. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing software using .NET/C# and related technologies.
Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and implement software projects.
Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment.
Utilize agile methodologies and modern tools for high-quality software delivery.
Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
5+ years of professional .NET/C# development experience.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Proficiency in Angular, VB.NET, SQL, ASP/MVC, or C/C++ is advantageous.
Experience with agile methodologies and modern development tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
