CREPipeline is a bespoke CRM system built for the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. We service users with a variety of needs from investment sales, title, debt, insurance, tenant rep brokers, lenders and more. Job Summary


CREPipeline is looking for mid-level PHP and Laravel developers based in the United States with 5 - 7  years of experience in developing customized SaaS and software solutions. The role is expected to drive some technology discussions with senior developers and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing our software needs for clients. We want motivated individuals to challenge the status quo and that just want to build great software.


An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and agile/scrum collaborative environment. Someone that values the “team” and leverages the opinions and expertise of the dev group to deliver quality. The secret to our success is that we actually build products in conjunction with a lot of our end users to ensure we are building what users actually want. 


Day-to-Day Responsibilities


Mid-level PHP developer(s) will be responsible for:

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements that are compatible with our CORE SaaS model
  • Assisting in leading daily scrum standings with other developers
  • Helping onboard and troubleshoot current and new client needs
  • Develop new user-facing features using the Blade template system, alongside jQuery
  • Using Visual Designs (PSD files, XD or Figma) to develop responsive web and Single Page Applications consuming server-side JSON restful services
  • Build and contribute to reusable components and front-end libraries
  • Manual and automated unit testing
  • Work on and managing parts of CI/CD workflows
  • Assist in managing AWS pipeline and server provisioning in conjunction with senior developers
  • Dev team members are expected to understand our CORE software model in order to build components that integrate/promote seamlessly with all environments 
  • Undertake project specific Proof of Concepts activities to validate technical feasibility with guidance from the Application Architect
  • Discuss with the team on tasks to be done, and mentor junior members of the team.
  • Performs design & code reviews and performance tuning of code


Required Qualifications


  • Deep understanding of Laravel and PHP frameworks, web hooks. Webpack, SASS, LESS;
  • Deep understanding with integrations patterns and invoke/ consume APIs/ RESTful Services/ OData API using NodeJS, Spring framework
  • 7+ years of PHP framework experience 
  • 5 - 7 years of MySQL experience
  • 5 - 7 years of proven Laravel experience
  • 5 - 7 years of working for or in a SaaS company
  • 5 - 7 years working in agile/scrum, retrospectives, sprints and sprint planning sessions 
  • 2 - 3 years of AWS server management
  • B.S. Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to prioritize and work well under pressure
  • Web portal back-end development experience 
  • Full-time employment


Preferred Qualifications


  • 3 - 5 years of Laravel Forge experience
  • 3 - 5 years of working in the full Laravel ecosystem
  • 3 - 5 years using Slack, Google Cloud and API management ecosystems


Compensation/Benefits


$87-115K per year is the anticipated starting base pay for this role + performance based bonus (usually 7-20% of base salary). This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills.


Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance should they choose to participate in CrePipeline benefits. Employees can enroll in our company’s 401k plan. During the first year of employment, full-time employees accrue twenty days of PTO and 10 paid holidays throughout the year.
