Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Python Developer with experience using Django. The Python Developer will be responsible for writing reusable and efficient code, integrating systems and plugins, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop custom solutions.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python with at least 5 years of experience using Django.
Understanding of software development principles including testing, documentation, and code versioning tools such as Git and SVN.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with database architecture and extensive knowledge of SQL. Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus.
Familiarity with RESTful architecture and its implementation for APIs is preferred.
Understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja2, Mako, or Django Templates is preferred.
Experience with AWS or other cloud providers is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field.
Ability to collaborate and work well within a team and deliver projects on deadline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
