*Key Responsibilities:*

- Lead efforts in developing and deploying advanced NLP solutions using LangChain, LLM, and OpenAI APIs.

- Collaborate with the team to build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for robust and scalable applications.

- Manage local deployments of LLM and integrate external knowledge sources for enhanced performance.

- Write clean, efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

*What We're Looking For:*

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in NLP engineering or a similar role.

- Proficiency in Python programming and NLP libraries/frameworks like Spacy or NLTK.

- Strong experience with LangChain, ChromaDB, Huggingface Transformers, and OpenAI APIs.

- Familiarity with document processing packages for various formats.
