Currently we are looking for: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java + React/Angular)
Job location: remotely from Poland
Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team for a high-profile project with one of the top FMCG customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both Java backend development and modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular. With a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, the candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Leverage your expertise in Java for backend development and proficiency in React or Angular for frontend to contribute to the end-to-end development of complex, enterprise-level applications.
System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient architecture for the project, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Code Review and Optimization: Conduct thorough code reviews and actively participate in optimizing code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Agile Development: Contribute to an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily
stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies to ensure successful project delivery.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate smooth knowledge transfer and project continuity.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack or Front-end Developer, with a focus on Java backend development and proficiency in React or Angular for frontend.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience with Java for backend development
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
- Version control systems (Git, SVN)
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and frameworks as required by the project.
