About The Job
Versus Game is a prediction game where you get paid for being right. We are looking for a React
frontend engineer to help build cross-platform web and mobile applications. You will be working
with an experienced global cross-functional team to build and launch awesome user experiences
for the players as well as the creators hosting the games. We are looking for mobile-first front-
end engineers with a strong acumen for producing exceptional user experience. Experience with
streaming, caching, and managing large amounts of images and videos is a big plus!
Requirements
Typescript, Javascript, and React expert - 7+ years of experience in front-end development, incl. 5+ years with Javascript and TypeScript and 4+ years of experience with ReactJs
Experience with TailwindCSS
Proficient in integration with RESTful services
Familiarity with Node.js a plus
Expert at building screens to match designs and building workflows.
Expert at state management within React Native apps.
Able to independently perform development tasks quickly based on designs and specs.
Experience developing highly engaging mobile apps including animations.
Experience collaborating with onshore/offshore resources.
Fully capable of collaborating with designers and back-end engineers to deliver immersive native experiences.
Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
Self-starter who is communication and outcomes-oriented
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science
