Your Role

As a Business Developer you will identify new companies for ArcTouch to work with and pursue them, pitching our services to target buyers within these companies, and finding opportunities to help them with their digital projects.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Drive proactive outbound initiatives by industry, technology, or service to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through any communication channel you prefer, such as calls, emails, or social media.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create lead conversion strategies and sales content to help you with your prospecting activities.
  • Leverage ArcTouch specialists and thought-leaders in engineering and design areas to assist you in meetings with qualified leads.
  • Craft written proposals and presentations to advance leads through your pipeline, and participate in the negotiation and closing of deals.

To do this, you will need:

  • Experience selling technology services for a consulting company or agency.
  • A well-defined and repeatable process for identifying target companies and qualified prospects, and then successfully reaching out to them.
  • Proven track record of closing new business opportunities.
  • Experience with consultative sales techniques.
  • Comfortable having introductory conversations about digital technologies, such as apps and web experiences, smart products (IoT), AI, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willing to travel as needed.

REMOTE WORK: This position may require traveling to meet clients up to 20% of the time. All other activities not required to be done in person with clients can be done remotely from anywhere in the US or Canada.

The expected salary range for this position is $125,000 - $250,000, and includes a base plus commission on achieving sales targets. The commission is uncapped and total compensation could exceed this level.
