Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and scale on-chain products in collaboration with the production team.
Develop and build smart contracts within our dedicated smart contract team, integrating these contracts into applications with the support of front-end teams.
Research to fully understand the technical details of related projects for integration purposes.
Develop scalable product structures based on blockchain data and APIs.
Collaborate with both internal and external auditing teams to implement feedback effectively.
Setting up and managing blockchain infrastructure, ensuring security best practices, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in on-chain/off-chain software development.
Deep understanding of core Blockchain principles.
Proven experience in developing and releasing secure, production-ready smart contracts in one of the popular languages (Solidity and Rust preferred) languages.
Proficiency in object-oriented software development.
Strong skills in backend languages such as Node.js, Python, Go, or Rust.
Experience with both traditional databases (SQL, NoSQL) and blockchain-specific data storage solutions.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker or Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.
Experience in writing unit and integration tests and producing testable code.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Rust and Solidity
Proficiency in cloud technologies and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong documentation and technical proposal writing skills.
