Responsibilities:
Lead the development of mobile applications using Flutter framework
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliverables
Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable Flutter applications
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards
Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and reliability
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers
Stay updated on the latest Flutter updates, trends, and best practices
Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app development with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter
Proficiency in Dart programming language
Strong understanding of Flutter framework, its architecture, and ecosystem
Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Redux, or Bloc
Solid understanding of mobile app development concepts including UI/UX design, responsive layouts, and platform-specific considerations
Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and integration of external services
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have:
Experience with other mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Xamarin
Familiarity with native Android or iOS development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS)
Knowledge of backend technologies and RESTful APIs
