What You'll Do
- Propose effective and scalable solutions, considering factors such as performance, security, and maintainability;
- Collaborate with the client lead and team members to evaluate different approaches;
- Actively participate in architecture and design discussions;
- Define and document technical architectures that meet business requirements;
- Ensure that the chosen architecture aligns with industry best practices and standards;
- Take a proactive role in driving technical initiatives within the team;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives;
- Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with overall business goals;
- Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, vendors and other teams to clarify technical requirements and use cases;
- Ensure a clear understanding of feature specifications and expectations;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge communication gaps;
- Provide technical insights to ensure that use cases are technically feasible and aligned with project goals;
- Foster effective communication within the team and across departments;
- Collaborate with other leads, architects, and managers to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach;
- Keep stakeholders informed about technical progress, challenges, and solutions;
- Identify areas for process improvement and technical innovation;

Job Requirements
- 5+ years' commercial experience with software development;
- Knowledge of Go, understanding of best practices;
- Experience with any cloud provider (Google Cloud is preferable);
- Ability to report and easily communicate in daily meetings;
- Experience and understanding of the proper microservices architecture;
- Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate (spoken/written);
