Are team supports the DoD implementing ServiceNow on classified networks.

What is the position?

We are currently seeking a strong Secret cleared Service Now Developer that will lead end to end ServiceNow implementation project teams and own project delivery goals.

What will I get to do?

This person will leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which includes technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.

What qualifications do I need?

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass an extensive federal government e-QIP background check.
• All applicants must be willing to be a government cleared resource.
• Must have a DOD Secret level clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in CIS, Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years; ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, ITBM and/or equivalent
• ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certifications
• Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation
• Consultant in 3 or more ServiceNow implementation projects
• Knowledge of JavaScript or similar scripting language
• Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients
• Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services
  
  

What additional characteristics will help me thrive?

• ServiceNow certifications in two or more applications (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, SAM or HR)
• ITILv3 or ITILv4 fundamentals certification
• Security Plus (Sec+) certification or equivalent
• ITILv3 or ITILv4 fundamentals certification
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of systems, infrastructure, and networks

Compensation

$96,760.98 - $154,817.56

The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data. When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may be taken into consideration - contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience. The estimate displayed represents the salary range for this position and is just one component of Cognosante’s total compensation package for employees.
