We are seeking a talented Full-stack JavaScript Developer with experience in the MERN stack to help build several exciting new software products. The right candidate will possess a passion for building new and innovative technology and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup/agency environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work directly with the founder to consistently deliver high-quality code
Suggest architectural and design decisions and tackle problems on your own
“Pixel-perfect” implementation of approved front-end Figma designs
API design and backend architecture of new features
Develop integrations with several 3rd party APIs including Slack, Google, and Twilio
Bring new ideas and optimal solutions to the team for consideration
Management of personal tasks/tickets through our project management system
Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in end-to-end software development
3 years of experience in the MERN stack and Redux state management
Familiarity building and working with REST APIs
Experience with React Native a plus but not required
Ability to work in a solo environment (with daily guidance)
Desire to learn new skills and grow within the role
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
