What you'll do

• You will report to Software Development Director to contribute toward development of the Xponent product.
• You will lead a team of 4-8 engineers to develop the features with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Architects, peers and team on the architecture and design of the product.
• Participate in cross-functional work planning.
• Design, develop code, execute code reviews, unit testing, functional testing and performance testing.
• Mentor and guide the team to overcome technical hurdles and deliver quality tested code.
• Troubleshoot and root cause analysis of issues from production deployments.
  
  

You should have

• Bachelor's degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• Over 8 years of experience in developing software products.
• Demonstrable language independent programming skills. Proficient in at least one programming language with awareness of at least two additional programming languages such as Java, Javascript, Python, C++, C#, Node, Angular, React.
• Experience with a SaaS or PaaS platform.
• Experience in AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ability to discuss algorithms and design patterns.
• Microservices architecture is a plus.
• Exposure or awareness to asynchronous multiprocessing systems.
