Role Description: Partner Business Manager - London

Your primary mission will be to secure new consulting contracts within the London market, helping to establish Webest.io as a reputable name in IT consulting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the effort in securing new consulting contracts within London.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key industry players, decision-makers, and potential clients.
  • Understand market dynamics and identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize the latest sales tools and strategies to optimize results.
  • Work remotely, but with the flexibility to meet clients as required, ensuring business continuity and growth.


Compensation:

In recognition of the pivotal role you will play and our startup phase, the compensation for this position is results-driven. Instead of a monthly salary, you will receive 10% of each secured contract, truly reflecting your efforts and commitment.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Manager in IT consulting.
  • Proven track record in securing business contracts and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficient in the latest sales tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Deep understanding of the London IT consultancy landscape.
  • Ability to work remotely with a high degree of responsibility and initiative.
