Position Brief
As a mid-level Salesforce developer, you will perform client requirement analysis, identify client business processes, and lead full-stack project development, including requirement gathering, complex apex implementation, develop elegantly designed UX experiences, integrations, and technical documentation. You will play an important role in building applications, connecting systems, ensuring code quality, applying best practices, implementing OOP patterns, and leading a team of highly skilled and passionate Salesforce developers that support our customer-facing products by providing an amazing implementation experience for our customers. You will work closely with various team members to ensure a smooth integration of business-critical systems in Salesforce.
Scope of Work
Work with the engineering team to understand and refine requirements, identify areas for improvement, and architect technical solutions.
Extend the client and business’ Salesforce environments using modern development techniques and architecture
Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions
Engage in technical deep dives with product engineers on elements of application architecture, data volumes, and Sandbox/DevOps strategy.
Collaborate with other groups to build integrations and adopt the best engineering standards, as well as helping establish best practices for the product team
Participate in writing, revisiting, and reviewing technical documentation for new or existing features.
Introduce standard methodologies and lead improvements to keep applications current while always achieving better security, performance, and maintainability

2+ years of professional experience
Demonstrated understanding and experience with Salesforce Architecture, asynchronous processes and APIs
Curated experience on both declarative and advanced programmatic implementations
Experience estimating software development
Experience working and leading a midsize team of developers
