About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Substrate Blockchain Developer to join our blockchain team and contribute to the development of our customized Substrate blockchain. As a Substrate Blockchain Developer, you'll collaborate closely with our chain team to design, develop, and maintain our blockchain infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the chain team to design and implement customized Substrate blockchain solutions that meet our platform's requirements.
- Develop and maintain blockchain runtime modules, pallets, and other components using the Substrate framework.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of our blockchain infrastructure through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Implement governance mechanisms, consensus algorithms, and other critical features to support our decentralized ecosystem.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and contribute insights to the evolution of our platform.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in blockchain development, with a focus on Substrate or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in Rust programming language and familiarity with Substrate runtime development.
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and decentralized storage.
- Experience with smart contract development and deployment using tools like ink! or Solidity is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new technologies and challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
Commitment:
- Flexible work hours with a commitment of 25 to 40 hours per week to accommodate project requirements.
