Company Description

Machine Mode yy22 dot, is an education technology startup that is trying to bring the 4th Industrial Revolution technologies like AI and Machine Learning into the field of education to help students address their preparation challenges and succeed.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UPSC Content Developer at Machinemode. The UPSC Content Developer will work closely with the content strategy team, subject matter experts, and multimedia teams to develop high-quality educational content that aligns with the UPSC exam, including but not limited to comprehensive study material, quizzes, and practice tests. The UPSC Content Developer will review and edit content created by other team members and ensure that the content follows UPSC guidelines and exam patterns.

As a part of the team, you will be required to;

• Create/Develop content in PPT and infographic form.
• Mapping the questions according to the microlisting on our portal.
• Enriching the Answers on the portal by collating the information from various sources.

Qualifications

• UPSC prelims/mains qualified candidates or Preparing for UPSC for more than a year.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English. There will be a test based on paper 2 of the UPSC prelims for English.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the UPSC exam pattern and syllabus.
• Ability to research and synthesize complex information into clear and concise study material.
• Adept with digital publishing tools and technologies, ability to work with multimedia teams to create engaging and interactive content.
• Knowledge of CANVA and AI tools is a plus.

Emoluments

• Though it is a full-time job, your salary will be structured based on your performance. There will be a 3 months probation period and during that time you will be paid for the work you do and the bonuses for the milestones you would achieve.
• The starting salary would fall in the range of 12k to 25k depending on your performance. The consistent and hard-working candidates would be promoted and given a salary hike.
• Your salary is divided for each task that you do. You will be paid only for the milestones you have achieved and the targets you have delivered. WE DO NOT GIVE SALARY TO PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WORK (ie If you do work which is worth less than 12k you would be paid that amount only during the probation period). Every task that you do is calibrated for money and time. So it is a win-win situation for both of us.

We are interested in working with candidates who are currently preparing for UPSC or have given UPSC in the recent past. They are welcome to apply for this post. This would help them in their preparation.
