Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Mid Level NestJS and GraphQL Developer. We're looking for a professional who can participate in the design and development of GraphQL APIs, and has experience with NestJS and TypeGraphQL. The ideal candidate should have experience creating high-performing server-side applications, and be familiar with working with databases, cloud platform services, and API architectures. They will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, stakeholders, and product managers, and will be responsible for developing efficient, reliable, and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in building APIs, preferably using NestJS and TypeGraphQL.
• Experience in developing and optimizing GraphQL APIs, server-side applications, and microservices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with cloud platform services such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of containerization and virtualization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in source control tools such as Git and relevant workflows.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with testing frameworks and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of teamwork and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
