As a Power Platform Senior Developer you will:

• Help our clients leverage the Microsoft Power Platform for their digital transformation journey.
• Work on designing, implementing, and optimizing Power Platform solutions and also you will be responsible to lead a team of several Junior Developers and guide them based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in Power Platform implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead Team of Junior Developers based on project and client requirements, follow and support their participation and contribution on each project and client related activity.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, helping them maximize the value of the Power Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet our clients' business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Power Platform and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients to use the Power Platform effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Developer or Technical Consultant, with specific experience in the Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Knowledge of Logic Apps would be a plus.
• Basic CE Developer Skillset (creating Tables, Views and Forms within a solution) would be highly beneficial for this role.
• Exposure to ALM Processes.
• JavaScript plugin development, Azure Functions and C# experience and knowledge.
• Experience with building applications against DataVerse, SharePoint and SQL and Front End Development (React) would be a great advantage.
• Understanding of baseline FinOps (Finance & Operations) processes and business logic.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively as part of a team, share knowledge and lead other team members.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Microsoft certifications in the Power Platform or related technologies are preferred.
