Position: Backend Engineer

Requirements: Rust, Python/Pytorch, GCP

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Backend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in designing prototypes, assessing solution trade-offs, formalizing technical decisions, and implementing cutting-edge research. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with engineers and operators renowned for their expertise in developing and delivering products in the ML and blockchain realms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing prototypes and analyzing solution trade-offs.
• Formalizing technical decisions and implementing novel research.
• Collaboration with experienced engineers and operators in ML and blockchain product development.
• Working across domains such as distributed/p2p systems, AI/ML, and blockchain/cryptocurrency.

Ideal Candidate:

We are ideally seeking individuals with experience in large-scale distributed systems and experience building and shipping production-level systems or applications with a focus on systems involving ML or incentive design
